As we are not currently delivering face-to-face sessions, we are offering 20 minute online sessions to individuals, families, housemates, students, stressed parents, home-workers… well, to anyone who wants to keep themselves in tip top condition while adapting to a very different way of life for the time being. Laughter is powerful stuff and not only great for our immune system, but it’s a fantastic mood booster, problem solver, innovator… and gets us feeling connected.
